Open to any player. Current and prospective Goalkeepers. If you want to be a Keeper, you have to train like a Keeper., with a Keeper,  With other Keepers.  Ignite GK is the best training around!

• GK's will be put through a competitive program focused on shot stopping, catching, aerial duels, distribution, footwork, and positioning.
• As Keepers we strive for the “Shutout”(0). To reach that level, our mental toughness must be able to operate on all levels.
• Each session will incorporate shot stopping designed to train the Keepers in focusing on quick decision making, positive play, communication, leadership and short term memory to allow them to develop as PLAYBREAKERS for their respective clubs/schools.
