Description
Girard Select is our advanced and competitive club program. Select teams focus on introducing players to different facets of the game, advanced team-based concepts, and complex positional instruction. These teams will travel and face off against club and school teams in competitive leagues and tournament matches. Teams are created within grade and birth year depending on the season, player experience, and ability.

This program is for established soccer players looking to take their game to the next level and potentially play beyond high school.

All our head coaches are experienced and hold nationally issued soccer coaching licenses/diplomas.


Open to any player- regardless of school district!

Participation on this type of competitive team provides the youth soccer player the best competitive environment in our area.  To be part of this group of soccer players requires an incredible amount of time, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. To be able to reach this level of excellence, the Club requires all players to be dedicated to producing a high quality, game intensive practice environment so their practice sessions will develop them to play at game speed.

Players will typically receive 2 one-hour training sessions per week. The Select Pathway includes league games, friendly club games with similar clubs and approximately 2 local tournaments.  This is US Club Soccer based.  All players will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate and player picture to participate. Players turning 18 during the club season will need to complete online SafeSport training.

We will also once again offer rotating foot skill training sessions at no extra cost by all our coaches throughout the season!

Teams will be entered into various regional and local leagues. Not all teams/players are entered into the same leagues/tournaments. (ex: Erie Sports Center Indoor League, ORL travel league, ERSC League, ESP school league)
(*EPS league play may depend on player eligibility).

This is a full season commitment. For players withdrawing early for reasons other than documented injury, an additional one-month dues will be applied.

Some travel will be required. Additional tournament fees may apply if more tournaments are added.

Practice schedules will be released prior to the start of the club season.  Uniform information will arrive in a separate email at a later date for any players who need to order.

Season: October 27th, 2025 - May/June 2026 (most games conclude Memorial Day weekend/tournament)
No practices:  11/26-11/27,12/24-1/1. 

Cost:  Total Season-$812.00. May be divided into 7 $116/monthly installments.  5% Discount if paid in full. 
$75/registration fee

Uniform:  Same kit as last season. Kit includes: 2 jerseys, 2 matching shorts, 2 pair socks.  ($127.99 plus shipping)
